Data Collection

CYSA is currently working with DCF and DillingerRad to automate statewide data collection from individual YSB software platforms to a shared statewide database. This multi-year project will significantly streamline data collection and will allow for more consistent and real time data to be collected, analyzed and used to help drive the work.

ANNUAL PROGRAM DATA COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS

YSBs are required to report specific program related data to DCF each year. Starting in FY24, all member YSBs are utilizing an online, integrated data collection system and will begin reporting data quarterly to allow for more frequent data analysis.

For FY 24, data must be entered and the certification form must be submitted by the following dates and the submission verification form must be completed: Submission Verification Form available soon.

Q1 & 2	January 29, 2024
Q3	April 26, 2024
Q4	July 26, 2024
